I am a lover of life and the amazing journey that is within each day.  I work with lululemon athletica (which allows me to be in such a positive environment and meet inspiring people every day) and I teach yoga, my greatest passion for the 9 years I've been blessed with it in my life. 
I am part of Shiva Rea's 500 hour teacher training and so grateful to have this way of connecting with all of your beautiful souls - no matter how far away.  I am a newly-wed (August 2006) and a new graduate of university which feels like I am looking out over a lake at sunrise with the night behind me the energy of renewal flowing through me!
